Our client, a reputable recruitment firm based in the Bromley area are looking immediately to recruit a bright Contracts Administrator. The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the contracts department helping them to achieve their overall objectives and targets.
The main accountabilities of this position are: - Responsible for any contractual request forms to be processed, input & check data and distribute documents to the correct departments. - Chase non-returned contracts and update the system with the relevant information. - Responsible for producing, creating and updating reports. - Proof reading and logging all signed returned contracts. - Liasing directly with Managers, Sales Executives and assisting with any queries. - Responsibility for filing, stationary orders and other relevant ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
This busy rewarding role would suit a locally based person looking for a secure and stable position of responsibility in a well renowned company.
You will have at least one years experience in a similar role, be proactive with good time management skills and excellent attention to detail. You need to have the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise your own workload in a pressurised customer focussed environment.
